About

Every customer journey starts with being found.

I've always seen business through a different lens, one focused not just on transactions and profit, but on the value actually delivered and the integrity behind every decision.

I've spent my career in local business marketing: figuring out how real customers find real businesses, and what it takes to be the one they choose. That work has driven results for brands including Radisson Hotels, Precision Tune Auto Care, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Hilton Garden Inn, Mr. Appliance, MOD Pizza, and dozens more, on corporate and franchise programs, from single storefronts to national multi-location operators.

15 of my 35 years were in parking, an industry where a customer who can't find your entrance simply parks somewhere else. That's where I learned how expensive a wrong map listing actually is.

Why maps

The buying decision starts on a map.

The pattern got hard to ignore once I saw what businesses were paying for. Tens of thousands a year pushing their address out to directory sites nobody has ever clicked, while the one listing customers actually see sat untouched. The buying decision doesn't start with a website or an ad. It starts on a map, in the few seconds someone searches for what they need nearby and picks from what comes back.

That's why I founded PinPointMAPS. A map profile is not set-and-forget. It needs posts, offers, photos, reviews, and accurate data underneath all of it. We combine four things most agencies treat separately, and together they put you in front of the customer at the moment intent turns into action.

01

Accurate location data

Every pin, hour, category, attribute, and detail correct across the sources that feed Google and Apple, including the duplicates and stale listings most operators don't know they have. Everything else depends on this.

02

Profile management on both maps

Your Google Business Profile and your Apple Business Connect listing built, verified, and maintained on a cadence, not set up once and abandoned.

03

The record every AI reads

AI assistants, voice search, and in-car navigation don't invent local business data. They ground their answers in the same source records you already own on Google and Apple. A wrong hour no longer costs you one map tap. It gets repeated as fact.

04

Targeted map advertising

Paid placement on Google and Apple Maps, run in accounts that stay in your name, with your budget going to the platforms at cost. No markup, no percentage of spend.

How I work

Direct, honest, occasionally uncomfortable.

Too many companies sell what they want to sell instead of what the customer needs. I built my career around not doing that, which means my recommendations are sometimes uncomfortable.

Here's the uncomfortable one. Nobody can promise you the top of the map. Not me, not an agency, not the company cold-calling you about your Google listing. Organic position is Google's and Apple's call, weighed on relevance, distance, and prominence. Anyone who guarantees it on a sales call won't put it in the contract. What I can promise is the part that's in our hands: every location accurate, complete, and maintained on both maps, with the numbers to show what moved. When you want position, we buy it the one place it's actually for sale: paid placement, clearly labeled, at cost.

The terms

PinPointMAPS LLC, a Florida company. $199 per location per month for one to four locations, volume pricing quoted for portfolios of five or more. Ad spend passed through to Google and Apple at cost. No setup fee. A 90-day initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Your profiles, photos, reviews, and ad accounts stay yours either way.

Tell us your footprint. We'll build the quote around it.

One short call, then a plan for every location you run.
